Returnable Containers

——

Returnable containers are made from PP, PE, ABS, or other modified materials. They are sturdy with good load-bearing and impact resistance, and are corrosion-resistant. They keep products organized, facilitate convenient handling, and improve management. Plastic returnable containers can be reused multiple times, offering lower long-term cost compared to wooden boxes.

Standard logistics returnable containers, also known as stackable containers, typically feature outward-folding lids, cardholder pockets, theft-proof locks, and reserved labeling areas. Some include anti-slip bases and recessed channels for strapping, suitable for automated equipment. Others use tilt-to-nest or turn-to-nest designs to save storage space.

The defining feature of collapsible containers is their ability to fold, saving stack space. When not in use, each collapsible container saves about 3/4 of the storage space. Types include those with foldable side walls or openable side walls.
